Compensation: Weekly payments every Friday

  • $16.50 per hour

Work Locations: Various apartment communities in the Metro Atlanta region

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm

As a Groundskeeper, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all shared spaces and grounds, ensuring they remain inviting in all weather conditions. This role involves significant outdoor work throughout the year.

Qualifications for Groundskeeper:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and residents.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment when necessary.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities of a Groundskeeper:

  • Maintain cleanliness of grounds by removing litter and debris, including pet waste.
  • Monitor the condition of property buildings, grounds, and communal areas, such as restrooms and pool facilities.
  • Ensure that walkways and breezeways are free from debris and cobwebs, utilizing blowers or power washing as needed.
  • Keep driveways and pathways tidy.
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and performing minor painting touch-ups as required.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Work will be conducted both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and crouching are necessary.
  • Must be able to lift over 50 pounds regularly.
