Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and regularly updating project schedules and associated project reporting.
  • Effectively manage and lead on-site tradesmen, promoting a safe work environment and safe work practices.
  • Communicate directly with project managers and attend weekly construction meetings with general contractors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial HVAC installation and management.
  • HVAC Geothermal experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with proficiency in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
  • Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results, with strong leadership qualities.
