Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at CCN America, LP. As a key member of our pharmacy staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the pre-packing and dispensing of prescriptions, adhering to strict quality control standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide pharmacy technicians to ensure they meet performance expectations and maintain high-quality work standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate drug information, counseling patients on their medications, and maintaining accurate patient profiles.
  • Utilize computer skills to process medication orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records for controlled substances.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a registered pharmacist in the state where the facility is located.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a pharmacist in a retail and/or mail-order environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish required.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$95,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
