- Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia in patients, utilizing proper technique and equipment.
- Triage emergency cases, obtaining vital signs and providing critical care as needed.
- Perform digital radiography, ensuring proper patient positioning and technique.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, alerting veterinarians to changes or issues.
- Initiate CPR and provide life-saving interventions as necessary.
- Administer medications via various routes, calculating dosages accurately.
- Perform phlebotomy and place intravenous catheters in peripheral vessels.
- Place and maintain feeding tubes and central line catheters.
- Mentor and train colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Provide exceptional client service, addressing concerns and providing empathy.
