Job Description

At All-In-One Community Management Inc, we are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Professional to manage our portfolio of community associations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building long-term relationships with clients and vendors, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with account portfolio clients
  • Seek estimates and proposals from industry vendors as advised by clients
  • Provide administrative, operational, and managerial services to clients
  • Develop annual budgets and attend annual board meetings and elections
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding portfolio management

Requirements:

  • Licensed Community Association Manager (preferred)
  • Prior industry experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
