As an Employment and Training Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities by providing guidance, training, and support in various work environments.

Based in Ledyard, CT.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $18.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Work Schedule:
This full-time role requires a commitment of 30+ hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility for evening and weekend hours as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate orientation and training for individuals with disabilities.
- Provide supervision and support to ensure tasks are completed to specifications.
- Collaborate with individuals to implement personalized employment plans that enhance their progress.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
- Previous experience working one-on-one with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
