Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Reliant at Home. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Administer physical therapy treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists.
- Provide non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
- Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
- Accept clinical assignments consistent with educational and competence to care for patients.
- Utilize effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Meet mandatory continuing education requirements.
- Promote compliance with fiscal intermediary and/or other third-party payors through education, coaching, and other assistance as necessary.
- Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
