About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Reliant at Home. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer physical therapy treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists.
  • Provide non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
  • Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
  • Accept clinical assignments consistent with educational and competence to care for patients.
  • Utilize effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.
  • Meet mandatory continuing education requirements.
  • Promote compliance with all fiscal intermediary and/or other third-party payors through education, coaching, and other assistance as necessary.
  • Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
