About This OpportunityThe Director of Educational Resources at ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as part of their commitment to providing exceptional educational support services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Venture into schools environments working closely alongside teachers

School Counseling, administration staff (Collaborative Problem-Solving),
and related stakeholders (Effective Communication).
We are looking for someone who has excelled (Minimum), demonstrated exceptional experience (Proficiency Level), ability (Capacity), skills (Expertise), knowledge (Practical Application), or training (Competency),
with several years (Duration), including specific areas such as: working effectively within (Operational Context), conducting instructional coaching sessions (Clinical Instruction), (Interpersonal Communication), managing caseloads efficiently (Caseload Management), meeting (Strategic Alignment), improving student outcomes (Educational Success Metrics),
fostering positive relationships (Social Interactions), adapting interventions (Clinical Flexibility), conducting assessments (Evaluation Techniques), identifying best practices (Educational Research), collaborating on professional development ((Interdisciplinary Collaboration), managing sensitive information ((Confidentiality Protocols), navigating complex educational policies ((Policy Navigation),
and staying current on best practices within educational settings.
