We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) unit at Ardent Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate safe patient care delivery for specified and diverse patient populations.
- Assess patient/family needs, develop and prioritize patient goals, evaluate care delivery, and continually revise the plan of care to meet the biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs of the patient/family.
- Delegate care as appropriate to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
- Current Kansas RN Licensure.
- Current BLS certification upon hire.
- Telemetry, ICU and PCU need ACLS and Post Surg needs Chemo. Completed within the first year of employment.
- 2-Year Degree.
- Specific Certifications are required within one year of hire.
- 4-Year Degree.
- At least one year recent experience in a similar healthcare setting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
