Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at SPAR. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' products are presented in the best possible way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with Site or Department Manager to review the objectives of your service call

• Locate and maintain displays, removing old product and completing full inventory scanning

• Validate product stocking, merchandising, and display systems using planograms

• Maintain quality results by following and enforcing standards

• Possibly travel from store to store, managing setup, display of merchandise, or current promotions

• Complete call forms and upload photos taken

Requirements:

• Merchandising and/or retail experience

• Available weekday daytime hours

• Ability to understand plan-o-grams

• Ability to carry and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly

• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
