As a Creative Project Coordinator, you will oversee and streamline the internal graphic request system, ensuring efficient assignment of projects to our talented artists.

Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage your time to prioritize tasks based on urgency and significance.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers and art directors to execute, manage, and deliver visual content for various projects, products, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and organize server assets, including logos and merchandise.
• Work in partnership with producers to fulfill live feed requests.
• Collaborate with the Manager to define and implement large-scale conceptual projects.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and serve as a valuable resource within the department.
• Create and distribute PDF presentations for pitch meetings.

Qualifications:
• Intermediate understanding of live show production, remote events, digital media, and post-production workflows.
• Exceptional time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting various deadlines.
• Professional demeanor with an openness to both give and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong team player, eager to contribute ideas and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and proactively address departmental needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with effective communication abilities in person and through digital platforms.
• Adaptability to think quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure projects are well-structured and accessible across departments.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite is advantageous.
