Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Observe patients' progress and prepare reports for the registered nurse
  • Collect and record patients' vital signs and specimens for lab tests
  • Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties

Requirements

  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of High School PCT competencies
