Fleet Maintenance Specialist Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a Fleet Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with our fleet vehicles
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with our drivers and other team members to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

At least 21 years of age or older
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more with or without reasonable accommodation
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
