Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Pre-op and Recovery Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will work closely with our surgical team to provide high-quality care and support to patients before, during, and after surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-operative care to patients, including assessment, education, and preparation for surgery
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
  • Provide post-operative care to patients, including pain management, wound care, and monitoring for complications
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in critical care
