About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pre-Op and Recovery Services team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing preoperative and postoperative procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.
