Qualifications
  • LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) licensure in California
  • Experience working in a specialty (e.g., couples therapy, children, trauma)
  • Comfort working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists)
Specialty Population

Subject to client demand

  • Licensed Therapist specializing in couples and family counseling
Compensation

Up to $125,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

What We Need
  • Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
  • A true partnership
  • Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
  • Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours
  • Strong character with integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
