Job Summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our licensed therapists in achieving optimal functional levels for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed therapists in performing routine rehabilitation procedures within designated programs.
  • Transport, prepare, and position patients for treatment, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Support therapists in the successful completion of treatment plans, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in rehabilitation techniques and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within three months of hire.
  • Previous experience in rehabilitative techniques and procedures preferred.
  • One year of healthcare experience preferred.
  • Exercise certification and/or related education preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
