We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center in Troy, NY.

**About the Role:**

As a LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a RN
* Assist with treatments and procedures, and carry out selected duties within the framework of the established nursing plan of care
* Assist in the leadership of a team of CNAs

**Requirements:**

* Valid NYS LPN license
* 1+ year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills
* Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced work environment
* Ability to engage within a team setting
* Passion to learn, grow, and develop in the nursing field
