Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of respiratory conditions, including COPD, pneumonia, and asthma.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.
- Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license.
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Respiratory Therapist license.
- 1+ year of recent experience working as a licensed RRT required.
- 1+ years of ICU experience required.
- Previous experience with ventilators required.
- BLS, RRT license required.
- PALS, ACLS highly preferred.
