About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Krispy Kreme. As a key member of our doughnut factory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout our production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the 7-step sanitation process to ensure a clean and safe environment for doughnut production.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any sanitation or cleanliness issues.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, including personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure cleaning schedules align with equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with packing and making doughnuts as needed.
  • Keep cleaning supplies stocked, organized, and easily accessible.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment, with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness.
  • Ability to read and perform basic math to document sanitation work.
  • Dependability and ability to move around the factory with ease.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
Working Conditions

The doughnut factory can be warm and noisy, with equipment producing delicious doughnuts. You will be required to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
