About the Job

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to clients in Schuylkill County.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess and develop individualized care plans for clients.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance assessments.
  • Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Requirements
  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
