Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to work with our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Schuylkill County. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities
Requirements:
  • Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
