About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Community Operations Manager to join our team at Atwood Management. As a Community Association Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing community operations and building strong relationships with HOA boards, residents, and vendors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective property management policies and procedures.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with HOA boards, residents, and vendors to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports and analyses to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (property management experience preferred)
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong computer skills
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends

Benefits Package:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO/ESST, paid vacation, and a referral program.

This is a hybrid remote position, with occasional travel to Mankato, MN required (1-3 times per month). The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts.
