IT Student Intern Opportunity

FeatherShark is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT student intern to join our dynamic technology team. As an IT student intern, you will have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge cloud technology, computer networking, SaaS, and IP telephony solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Install and troubleshoot mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads.
  • Image new and existing hardware with the latest Windows OS and software applications.
  • Deliver and set up equipment at customer locations.
  • Resolve customer service requests through our IT ticket management system.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited University, majoring in a technical field of study.
  • Graduating within the next 12-18 months.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Windows and Office applications.
  • Proficient with iPhone and iPad.
  • Basic understanding of Wifi and computer networks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to operate in a drug-free workplace.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High level of courage, integrity, accuracy, dependability, and confidentiality.

This is a paid internship with part-time hours arranged to work around your class schedule. Full-time employment at the conclusion of your internship may be available.
