Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing food cost management
  • Training and mentoring a successful kitchen team
  • Supervising service and expediting from the kitchen line
  • Proficient in the use of knives and all kitchen equipment for food preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations governing food service
