Requirements for Senior Kitchen Manager:
- Experience in high-volume food service, managing over 4 million in annual sales
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale casual dining setting
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
- A robust work ethic and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing food cost management
- Training and mentoring a successful kitchen team
- Supervising service and expediting from the kitchen line
- Proficient in the use of knives and all kitchen equipment for food preparation
- Ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations governing food service
