Position Title: RN - Wound Care

Location: Round Rock, Texas

Compensation: $32 - $53 per hour, based on experience

Shift Information:

  • Type of Shift: 12-Hour Days
  • Weekly Schedule: 3 Days
  • Total Weekly Hours: 36
  • Start Time: 07:00 AM
  • End Time: 07:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Registered Nurse to contribute to our healthcare initiatives in Round Rock, Texas. As part of our expanding medical facility, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and creating comprehensive care strategies for patients in need of specialized wound care. Your focus will be on ensuring patient safety and delivering exceptional care through thorough clinical evaluations and patient education.

Key Duties:

  • Perform detailed clinical evaluations adhering to established nursing standards.
  • Design, execute, and regularly review individualized nursing care plans for patients with wound care needs.
  • Engage in quality improvement efforts and performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Build and sustain therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated patient care and support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience, particularly in wound care.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
