We are seeking a skilled RN Clinical Programs Coordinator to join our team at Ascension. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing program activities and resources within our clinical specialty or department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee program initiatives, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and document care plans and therapy programs, ensuring they are implemented as indicated and necessary resources and/or equipment are obtained as ordered.
- May supervise and direct nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
