Leasing Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Professional to join our team at Southern Management Companies. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, managing the leasing process, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and vendors
  • Manage the leasing process from initial contact to move-in, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for residents
  • Execute follow-up plans to convert prospects into residents
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including traffic, application, move-in, wait list, and conversion ratio goals
  • Complete all leasing paperwork and processes in accordance with internal quality control standards
  • Conduct apartment inspections and community tours to ensure product quality
  • Provide new resident orientations and conduct outreach marketing efforts
  • Contribute to community engagement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Requirements:

  • Sales aptitude with attention to detail
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to utilize the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related purposes
  • Capacity to demonstrate behaviors that foster a positive professional culture
