Melaleuca is seeking an experienced Production Line Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machine(s) used for putting product into tubes and bottles.

Responsibilities:
  • Hook up vats or tanks and prepare the tuber or filling lines for operation.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including the Video Jet head, labels, and rails.
  • Operate the tuber or filling lines within quality standards, manually placing tubes and bottles or using an automatic machine.
  • Complete reports, labels, and other documentation with accurate information.
  • Assist in training other associates as needed and perform daily equipment maintenance and upkeep duties.
  • Inspect and maintain the quality of product being produced.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. consistently for eight (8) hours.
  • Ability to operate mechanical equipment and read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand, sit, or walk for duration of shift.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate projects and people.
