At New Morning Schools, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional childcare services to families in Southern New Hampshire. As a vital member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to fostering a secure and supportive atmosphere for children during their before and after school hours.

Position: Team Member - School Age Programs

Location: Southern NH area

Hours: Shifts available between 6:45am-8:45am and 2:00pm-6:00pm, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and staff
  • Promoting positive behavior and guidance
  • Supporting the onboarding and training of new staff members
  • Participating in monthly staff meetings
  • Executing daily tasks and maintaining effective communication
  • Being adaptable to substitute at various locations as necessary

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 17 years
  • Relevant experience or college coursework in education or child development
  • Willingness to travel within a 30-minute radius from Bedford

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with school-age children
  • CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
