Key Responsibilities- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring the health and well-being of clients.
- Participate in the development and updating of individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting care provided and any significant changes.
- Report incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly and in accordance with policies.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- Previous experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Behavioral Health challenges.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Sign on Bonus.
- Weekly Pay.
