Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage strong leadership capabilities to effectively oversee and coordinate daily production activities, continuously enhancing overall plant performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and effective coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Ensure the safe and efficient daily operations of the facility, focusing on maximizing production efficiency while maintaining product quality.
- Guarantee that weekly production targets are achieved by allocating appropriate resources and managing standard costs.
- Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives through the application of lean manufacturing principles, enhancing product quality, factory throughput, and delivery performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across all aspects of plant operations, resulting in the safe production of high-quality products and services.
- Develop training programs for team members, establish performance expectations, monitor outcomes, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance safety, quality, and service levels for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Support and adhere to all requirements of the Environmental Management System (EMS).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within a chemical production environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record in process enhancement.
- Proficient in problem identification and resolution, with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting to senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid foundation in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Chemical Manufacturing).
