Position Overview

The role involves applying and adapting medical principles, methods, and techniques to deliver primary care to patients. You will collaborate closely with the Practice Administrator and Case Manager to ensure comprehensive service delivery and high-quality patient care. Your contributions will aid in achieving organizational goals and enhancing patient care quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medical treatment to patients.
  • Document all patient interactions in line with company protocols.
  • Work in conjunction with Medical Assistants to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to guarantee cohesive efforts in providing high-quality medical services.
  • Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and corporate policies.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives for all medical matters and assist in resolving medical issues.
  • Contribute to solutions for inter-departmental challenges.
  • Safeguard clinic assets against loss or waste due to negligence.
  • Engage in special medical projects and services as required.
  • Participate in professional development activities and maintain relevant affiliations.
Qualifications:

Education:
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited institution or equivalent licensing to practice medicine in the U.S.

Experience:
Preferred experience in General Practice. Familiarity with EMR systems, bilingual capabilities, and computer proficiency are advantageous.

Licensure/Certification:
Current medical license to practice in the relevant state.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
