Certified Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Axia Women's Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient care, including vital sign collection, medical history recording, and preparation for exams and procedures.
- Accompany patients to exam rooms, assist with transfers, and provide support as needed.
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history, medications, and allergies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including lab results, imaging reports, and hospital notes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medical Assistant (RMA, CCMA, or NCMA) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a medical facility as a Medical Assistant; documented evidence of internship or training in a medical office preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- eClinical Works experience a plus; OB/GYN experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
