About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Project Portfolio Delivery team. The ideal candidate will work closely with account, program, and project managers to provide expertise in business process analysis and solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business processes and gather requirements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support design and implementation of solutions in collaboration with business customers and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies like Design Thinking, Root Cause Analysis, or Theory of Inventive Problem Solving.
  • Assist in continual analyses of business processes through developing detailed work instructions and collaboration with Business Process Management Leadership and Service Owners.
  • Familiarity with modeling techniques to identify operational improvements.
  • Leverage business analysis standards and best practices as recommended by the Business Analyst Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
  • Stay current on BA practices, processes, and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather and share ideas and findings.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and traceability.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, information management systems, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related field.
  • PMI-PBA business analysis certification or related coursework in business analysis (preferred).
  • A project management certification such as CAPM, PMI-PMP, SCM, PSM, or SAFe (preferred).
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or contractors.
  • Ability to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Experience in a traditional waterfall, agile/scrum, and hybrid project types.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with Clarizen, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Jira Align, Tableau, or Confluence.
  • A history of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Expected travel 15-25%
Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum
