**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
* Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

**Requirements:**

* 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
* ACLS, NRP, and BCLS certifications
* Fetal Heart Monitoring experience
