  • Packing and Loading: Pack and load machines for transport, ensuring safe and secure handling.

  • Technical Skills: Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and instructions; perform light fabrication and machining tasks.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Accuracy and Efficiency: Work accurately and efficiently to complete tasks, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-focused mentality, ensuring excellent service and support.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum three years' experience in assembly work, with machine customization a plus.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Be mechanically inclined, with the ability to read and follow drawings and bills of material accurately.
  • Hand Tools: Possess common knowledge of basic and intermediate hand tools.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and focused on the job at hand, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Be able to change projects midway, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Attention to Detail: Follow detailed directions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Painting Experience: Possess experience with painting industrial equipment.

Other Requirements

  • Attendance: Maintain an excellent attendance record, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for long periods, and be mobile to perform job duties.
  • Equipment Operation: Possess forklift operation skills and be able to provide own hand tools.
  • Overtime: Be able to work overtime with little forewarning to complete jobs.
