Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Organize and direct the day-to-day operations of a branch, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the branch, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Lead and develop a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent patient care and staff satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks to minimize liability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree in Healthcare or related field required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in supervisory or administrative home health or related program required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced clinical skills, business acumen, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Current state license as required by state or federal guidance.
