Job SummaryAs a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Your duties will include:
- Providing primary care to independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing residents
- Collaborating with administration, nursing, therapy, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Developing and implementing preventative care plans to improve patient outcomes
- Maintaining a strong relationship with patients, families, and facility staff

This is a part-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $65.00 to $80.00. The position is located in Easton, MD, and requires the ability to commute or relocate to this location.
RequirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- CDS License
- Maryland Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA License
