We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team at Developmental Concepts, Inc.

Job Summary

The Intervention Specialist will be responsible for providing behavioral interventions to meet the unique needs of each participant. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of participants' health and medical needs, as well as their service plans.
  • Provide behavioral interventions to address maladaptive behaviors and develop adaptive skills for all participants.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with families, physicians, and other officials regarding therapeutic interventions.
  • Review weekly paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collect data and document service requirements daily.
  • Evaluate progress and implement new interventions as needed to meet individual needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or within 24 units of graduating with a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check.
  • CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our estimated salary range is $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
