Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Command7 LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional landscaping services to our clients, ensuring their properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various power equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and edgers, to maintain commercial properties.
  • Prune shrubs and trees, remove damaged branches, and maintain plant and flower beds.
  • Pick up trash, blow leaves, and mulch organic matter to keep properties clean and tidy.
  • Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe to maintain a neat and organized appearance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks on time and to the required standard.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, submitting time worked using the ADP mobile app.
  • Collaborate with a small landscape crew to maintain a large local region.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old and able to safely operate power equipment.
  • Have 1+ year of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
  • Have 1+ year of experience in irrigation systems repair, primarily to sprinkler heads and valves.
  • Hold an applicators license and small engine repair experience is preferred.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with no DUI convictions and be able to drive a truck with trailer and equipment.
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of up to $14.00

A background check and pre-employment drug screen are required.
