Automotive Administration Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Administration Clerk to join our team at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. As an essential member of our administration department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth registration of new and used vehicles, preparing tax and title documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Process all new and used vehicle registrations in accordance with state regulations
• Prepare and submit tax and title documents in a timely manner
• Promptly process contracts and drafts for payment submission
• Verify accuracy and completeness of application information
• Bill out dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin
• Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles
• Compile and report on outstanding title work

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in an automotive dealership environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment
• Detailed and organized approach to work
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
