About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiant Logic Engineer to join our team at ENS Solutions. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) solutions, including Federated Identity Management (FIM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Radiant Logic VDS solutions, including FIM, to meet the needs of our government clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IAM solutions, including integration with Windows servers, databases, and application servers.
  • Provide expertise in Active Directory and LDAP, as well as experience with Radiant Logic and/or SailPoint products.
  • Develop and maintain security solutions and designs consistent with government customer objectives and best practices.
  • Engage with government stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop complex solutions.
  • Provide access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication.
  • Coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals.
Requirements
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, operating, upgrading, and maintaining Radiant Logic VDS, including FIM.
  • Experience with Windows servers, databases, application servers, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Radiant Logic and/or SailPoint products.
  • DoD 8570 Certification IAT-II, including CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP.
  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a counter-intelligence polygraph.
  • 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
