Cenmed Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of inventory, ensuring that all products are accurately counted, inspected, and stocked.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including product expiration dates, and ensure that all inventory is properly labeled and stored.
  • Supply Chain Logistics: Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, and manage the loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and secure manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of warehouse staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or other inventory control systems is a plus.
