Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Overnight Security Officer to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and fire life safety systems to ensure the safety of our guests and employees
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and provide support as needed
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our company
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
