Research Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at ICON Plc. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocol requirements and providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented nurse to work with our diverse and dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and coordination of clinical research activities, conducting patient assessments, administering study treatments, and maintaining accurate data documentation. Your strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills will enable you to recognize and respond to changes in patient status, communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, and uphold ethical standards.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable jurisdiction, and a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems, clinical documentation, and data entry is also essential, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
