Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of $47,500 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes paid sick leave, medical/dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employer-paid life insurance, and short-term disability coverage.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks across various layers of infrastructure, including infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment, testing, and operation. You will work closely with staff members to discuss compliance with IT policies, standards, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

You will build automation scripts to configure applications, networks, and services in production, testing, and development environments. Additionally, you will partner with infrastructure teams to identify processes that can be automated, reduce technical debt, set up CI/CD pipelines, and optimize build/testing/deployment times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation frameworks to streamline infrastructure management
  • Collaborate with staff members to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
  • Build automation scripts to configure applications, networks, and services
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to automate processes and reduce technical debt
  • Optimize build/testing/deployment times through CI/CD pipeline setup
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Documented network and system administration experience
  • Experience with source control using git and GitHub/GitLab repositories
  • Leadership experience in medium to large projects, bringing together diverse perspectives and integrating feedback from clients and team members
  • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure IT operations
  • 5+ years of software automation and development experience
  • 2+ years of scripting language experience
  • IAT Level I or II certification
  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
  • Cloud Computing certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, AWS Associate Level Cert)
