Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to crew members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Environmental, Health, and Safety: Develop and implement strategies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Production Management: Monitor and control production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively, and make adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to communicate expectations and priorities, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement plans to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to crew members to help them develop their skills and abilities, and support their career development.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner, and provide support and guidance to crew members as needed.

  • Environmental, Health, and Safety Knowledge: Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
