Job Summary:

This is a great opportunity to start or continue a career in the restaurant industry. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a McDonald's restaurant, ensuring that customers receive high-quality food and service in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served safely, following McDonald's quality and safety standards.

• Internal Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with restaurant staff, ensuring that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities.

• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.

• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, both inside and out, to provide a welcoming environment for customers.

• Managing Crew: Supervise and train restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs effectively.

• Quality Food Production: Ensure that all food is prepared to McDonald's quality standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.

• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience every time they visit the restaurant.

• Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff, following McDonald's safety and security protocols.

• Scheduling: Manage staff schedules, ensuring that the restaurant is always fully staffed and ready to serve.

• Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for restaurant staff, to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs effectively and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Oriented: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience every time they visit the restaurant.

• Good Planning and Organizational Skills: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.

• Strong Leadership: Supervise and train restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs effectively.

• Motivator with Great People Skills: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for restaurant staff, to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs effectively and provide excellent customer service.

• Working Knowledge of Technology: Familiarity with McDonald's technology systems, including inventory management and scheduling software.

• Excellent Oral and Written Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with staff, customers, and management.

• Available to Work Different Shifts: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
